A property tour is a three or four day information and viewing trip where you are personally taken care of by a representative who has the experience of the area and properties you are wishing to inspect. 

A typical itinerary is outlined below, but ultimately, it is flexible around you. Please do let us know your requirements and we can adjust things to suit you.

Typical Inspection trip Itinerary:

Day One: Arrive in your country of choice and meet your representative. You are taken to your Hotel and possibly, depending on your flight arrival time, taken on a tour of areas.

Day Two: After having breakfast in the hotel you are taken to inspect more areas and look at some of the most up-to-date developments and properties matching your previous requests. You will have lunch at a specially selected restaurant and then will be shown further areas and developments in the afternoon.

Day Three: After another relaxing breakfast you can be taken to re-inspect some of the properties and, if applicable, have some time to complete necessary reservation forms where we can help you with relevant contracts.

Day Four: Again this will depend on your flight times but usually a relaxing breakfast will begin your day before your representative drops you back at the airport in readiness for your flight home.

Alternatively, should you be going on holiday to the area you are interested in or just prefer to make your visit separate from any companies involvement you can make an appointment to view the properties that fit the schedule you decide around your holiday or other appointments
